Celebrate Christmas across two centuries of family farm life on a special candle-lit tour of the John Brown House.
This holiday experience is available for three dates only!

Enjoy hot chocolate as you are lead through the oldest home in St. Catharines, built beginning in 1796. Discover stories of the farming families who once lived here and learn how Christmas traditions changed over time into the twentieth century. Each room will be candle-lit and decorated to reflect a different historical era.
Tours begin every hour, on the hour.
Tours are 50 minutes in length. Registration is encouraged, but drop-in visitors are welcome.
Open by donation.
Recommended $5 per person donation plus a non-perishable food item for Community Care of St. Catharines & Thorold.

Canned Meats, Fish, Stews, Chili, Pasta, or Fruit
Personal Products - Soap, Toothpaste, Deodorants, etc.
Accessibility
Please note that the John Brown House is undergoing continued restoration work and is currently not wheelchair accessible. The outdoor washroom facilities and second storey of the house are accessible by stairs only.
