Help us catalogue and care for our collection of artifacts and archives!
Research and Collections Volunteers will assist The Brown Homestead with the cataloguing and digitization of The Brown Homestead’s collection of archival documents and artifacts. Volunteers also have the opportunity to conduct historical research on topics of interest to The Brown Homestead.
Volunteers will undergo training on both collections standards and historical research.
What to Expect
Research & Collections Volunteers can expect to volunteer a few hours a week or month on a regular, ongoing basis throughout the year. While Collections Volunteers must work onsite, research projects can be conducted from home with the option of regular check-ins.
