The Road Ahead at The Brown Homestead
We believe that the role of historic sites is to feed the human spirit by celebrating and sharing the inspiring stories of our communities. The Brown Homestead is a model of how historic sites can become creative educational leaders and community catalysts, helping to redefine educational paradigms for a changing world. Since 2015, we have been hard at work restoring and re-imagining this historic place as a new cultural centre for Niagara.
In 2025, marking our tenth anniversary, we implemented a new Strategic Plan. The scope includes the years 2025-2027 and envisions what The Brown Homestead should look like by 2028.
